Our shipping process is divided into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.

• Handling Time: All products require a production process. Therefore, our handling time is typically between 1 and 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Transit Time: Once your order is ready and has left our warehouse, the transit time is approximately 3 to 14 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Time

The total delivery time for your order is the sum of the handling time and the transit time. Please note that our estimated shipping timelines do not include handling or production time.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. This offer may be subject to change according to specific promotional details and conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through the carrier’s tracking system.

Canadian Shipments and regular status updates of your shipments are also available.

LARGE ITEMS TRANSPORT

We usually ship with our own forwarding within a range of 1,000 miles from the item's storage area. According to Carrier transports selling policy, when using our own forwarding services, shipping fees are the seller's liability and will be deducted from the selling price.

We offer professional shipping and handling for large items, including vehicles, power sports, RVs, heavy equipment, and more. Our shipping may vary, and we can ship by air, sea, or land.

During shipping, all items are insured against damage, loss, theft, etc.
