240 Ex Deckboat from Crownline has been in my family since 2006 and always been stored inside on Lake Conroe. It is a great family boat and comes with everything. The aft bench seat converts to a  sun bed without the need for filler cushions. The front area can be covered with cushions or left open for more seating. The extended swim platform comes with a four-step boarding ladder. It includes a 2023 stereo system, counter rotating prop, custom marine carpet and depth finder among others.
